The Advanced Chart widget embeds TradingView's full interactive chart - complete with indicators, drawing tools, and multiple chart styles - for a single symbol of your choice. It is the most powerful of the TradingView widgets, ideal when you want to study price action in depth.

#How to Use

  1. Add the Advanced Chart widget to a page.
  2. Open the widget settings and click the Symbol picker.
  3. Search for a company, ticker, coin, or pair and select it from the results.
  4. Choose an Interval and set the height to fit your layout.

The chart reloads with your selection whenever you change the symbol or interval.

#Widget Settings

  • Symbol - the instrument to chart. Search across stocks, crypto, forex, and indices, then pick from the results.
  • Interval - the candle interval: 1, 5, 15, 30, 60 (minutes), D (daily), W (weekly), or M (monthly). Default is D.
  • Allow Symbol Change - let visitors switch symbols from inside the chart. Changes made this way are temporary and do not save back to the widget. On by default.
  • Height - the widget height in pixels, from 200 to 1200. Default is 500px.

#Tips

  • Give the Advanced Chart a generous height - the toolbar, legend, and indicators need room to breathe.
  • The chart matches your dashboard theme automatically, switching between light and dark.
  • For a compact single-symbol view use the TradingView Mini Chart, or for a multi-symbol strip use the TradingView Ticker Tape.
