These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Start Page HQ, operated by NOLIMITS4WEB LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using startpagehq.com, our browser extensions, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or contain false information.
Start Page HQ offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (annual) unless you purchase a lifetime plan. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for each billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
AI credits are purchased separately or included with your subscription. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods unless otherwise stated.
All payments are processed through Stripe. By purchasing a subscription or credits, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or store through Start Page HQ (notes, links, settings, images, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display your content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.
We do not claim ownership of your content. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
Start Page HQ includes optional AI-powered features such as image generation, text generation, translation, and content summaries. These features are powered by third-party AI providers (including OpenRouter and FAL.ai).
You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and the outputs you use. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or free of errors. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of AI outputs.
AI features consume credits from your account. Credit costs vary by feature and model. Once credits are consumed, they cannot be refunded.
Start Page HQ is available as a browser extension for Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. Extensions are subject to these same Terms as well as the policies of their respective distribution platforms (Chrome Web Store, Firefox Add-ons, Apple App Store).
The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by NOLIMITS4WEB LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal and commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service itself.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We may modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including features, pricing, and plan structures. Where possible, we will provide reasonable notice of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period following account closure.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOLIMITS4WEB LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NOLIMITS4WEB LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida. Both parties waive any right to a jury trial.
We may send you service-related communications via email (account notices, security alerts, product updates). You may unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and NOLIMITS4WEB LLC regarding the Service.
