#What's Refundable

  • Auto-renewal charges: If your subscription auto-renewed and you did not intend to continue, you may request a refund within 14 days of the charge, provided there has been minimal usage during that period.
  • Duplicate charges: If you were charged twice for the same purchase, we will refund the duplicate.

#What Isn't Refundable

  • Mid-cycle cancellations: If you cancel your subscription before the end of a billing period, you retain access until the period ends, but no partial refund is issued.
  • Significant usage: If you have actively used premium features after a renewal, the charge is not eligible for a refund.
  • Consumed AI credits: AI credits that have been used cannot be refunded.
  • Lifetime plans: Lifetime purchases are non-refundable but grant permanent access to the plan features available at the time of purchase.

#Trials and Promotions

If you signed up with a free trial or promotional offer, billing begins when the trial or promotional period ends. Cancel before expiration to avoid being charged.

  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the request

Refunds are typically processed within 3–10 business days to your original payment method.
